2nd Annual TeamCindy 5K Run for Research to Promote Greater Brain Aneurysm Awareness

Popular event to take place at Riverside Park in NYC with all proceeds benefitting renowned Brain Aneurysm Foundation

Please help spread much needed awareness of brain aneurysms by joining the 2nd Annual TeamCindy 5K Run for Research, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Riverside Park (103rd Street and Riverside Drive) in New York City.

Now in its second year, TeamCindy and the Mount Sinai Health System's Department of Neurosurgery have partnered to honor the life of Cynthia Lynn Sherwin and promote widespread awareness of the dangers of a ruptured brain aneurysm, the sudden and silent killer that took her life as well as the lives of thousands of others each year.

Please help spread much needed awareness of brain aneurysms by joining the 2nd Annual TeamCindy 5K Run for Research.

The cost to participate is $35 for adults who register by October 3rd. After the 3rd, the fee increases to $40. Youth registration is $20 for those 12 and under who register by the date of the event. For those unable to attend on the 17, virtual participation is possible and encouraged. Please visit the event website to register.

The 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 10:00am, with registration beginning an hour earlier, at 9:00am.
